"Clean Three Piece Suite"
'We rang Extracta about cleaning our three piece suite. Malcolm came, gave us a quote and we arranged a 7am start. He came at 6-55 am.He first covered the floor, hall and TV before bringing in the cleaning machinery. Malcolm then worked none stop for virtually the whole day,often explaining what he was doing and why.We noticed that he had quite a range of cleaning solutions which he said was for different types of stains. After cleaning ,four dryers were used leaving the suite totally dry and looking as good as new. While Malcolm was with us he treated our home with the upmost care and respect.He is friendly and payed attention to detail.We would not hesitate to use and recommend his company again.'Caravan21

He saw the carpet and tested a spot on a pre-visit before confirming the booking.Turned up bang on time and 5 hours later the whole carpet was clean, spotless and dry - absolutely perfect.
